How to get a simplified recipe without the ads
Are you searching for your next favorite recipe but all you’re getting is annoying stories, ads, and huge wait times to get the ingredients?
You’re not alone. My experience with finding recipes is the exact same.
That’s why I created this site. For you to get Just The Recipe from any url on the internet.
For free.
Seriously, go try it out.
When it comes to existing recipe websites online, there are 3 major things that annoy me to no end.
1. Long Backstories
Literally nobody cares about how you used to take your kids to soccer practice everyday or how your great great great grandfather used to walk uphill in the snow both ways to bring home the bacon.
All any of us want is to get the recipe. Ingredients, prep, cooking instructions, and maybe a video if you’re a visual person.
That’s it.
2. Waaaaay too many ads
Seriously. Half of the sites I go to in order to find new recipes are unusable because of ads.
Especially when i’m using my phone.
It’s clear that the owners of these sites favor making a few extra google adsense dollars versus valuing our experience as users
3. No way to customize.
The recipes often have one or two ingredients that i dont have or can’t get quickly, which sends me on a treasure hunt / rabbit hole of searches in order to find ones that I do want.
I would love it if there was a section or way to put in ingredients I do have and have the recipe update itself or to describe my issue and get an alternative ingredient list.
Haven’t yet come across a single site that does this.
A better way of finding and generating new recipes
Jump to recipe’s free version gives you just the recipe from any url in under 10 seconds.
It’s accurate, quick, and fun to use.
In the future i’m adding a paid version that will give you all of the features you want and more. Things like
- Saving your recipes with one click
- Instantly changing a recipe to be friendly with any diet (keto, low carb, etc)
- Putting in a few ingredients that you have and instantly getting dinner suggestions
and so so much more.
If that’s of interest to you, go sign up for the waiting list.
Happy cooking!
